Description

  • Stertil-Koni has redesigned the traditional piston lift to make it safer, more durable, and more environmentally friendly. Equipped with high pressure, low volume, chrome-plated telescopic cylinders with seals protecting it from dirt and debris, the Diamond Lift offers a wide range of designs and can be installed in a steel cassette or encased in a concrete foundation. It can be installed in new or existing locations. Each lift piston requires less than 5 gallons/20 liters of biodegradable oil.

    These types of lifts can be ordered with two, three or four lifting pistons with a 32,000 lb or 35,000 lb capacity. Moveable pistons can have a travel range of 10′, 13′ or 17′. The lift is electronically controlled using the Stertil-Koni E Bright intelligent control system with a 7′ screen that synchronizes the lift to within 1 ¼ inch.

    Twenty-one gravity locking positions operate automatically every 3 inches from 8 1/2 inches off the floor. The floor opening is protected by retractable aluminum covers with a 13,500 lb drive-over capacity. Stertil-Koni offers a wide range of options and accessories, including specialized lift adapters, continuous recess, a remote control, and an automatic wheelbase positioning (A.W.B.P).
